Account Deletion Process
Users can delete their accounts via Profile Settings → Account Settings. When you delete your account, it will be deactivated and your data will no longer be accessible to you.
Mandatory Data Retention
Even after account deletion, we are legally required to retain your data for compliance and regulatory purposes. This is mandatory under South African law.
Deleted data is securely archived and only accessible for legal compliance, government audits, and maintaining historical compliance records.
Data Protection
All retained data, including deleted account data, is protected with enterprise-grade encryption, access controls, and security monitoring to ensure it is only used for legitimate legal purposes.
